Selection of our products.

Anchovy – this is a product made from sprat fillets that have been salted together with a special mixture of spices, which brightly highlights the taste nuances of the Nordic contries. In the tomato and spice sauce there are recognisable flavours of cardemon and ginger that together with cinnamon create the harmonious Scandinavian bouquet of flavours. The sprat fillets obtain their pink colour from red wood that has been added to the mixture of spices. The removal of skin from the sprat fillets ensures an excellent taste experience.

Baltic Herring in marinade – product is made from quality Baltic Herring fillets, that have been marinated in the classical vinegar marinade. Vinegar is being balanced with adding sugar to the marinade, giving product the Nordic feel. Baltic Herring fillets have been rolled up which is very conveniente for serving. As a garnish bay leaf together with allspice and mustard seeds add taste nuances and are a suitable addition to onion and carrot.
